WHAT TO DO

  1. Review our authorized distributor qualifications and authorized distributor benefits (below).
  2. Fill out a credit application or call 800-RED-LINE (733-5463) to have one mailed or faxed to you. Be sure to include required credit information.
  3. Fax the application back to us at 800-733-5453 or transmit online.
  4. Once your application has been approved, you will be notified and given instructions on how to access the "Distributor Toolbox"—your on-line source for pricing, product info, online ordering, online tracking and order history.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Initial Stocking Order: $1,000 minimum
  • Annual Purchases: $15,000 or greater

BENEFITS

  • Prepaid Freight: $250 order to one location
  • Minimum Order: $250 (orders below $250 will incur a small-order fee of 15%)

  • Terms: Net 30 days.
  • Return: Returns for defective product will gladly be accepted for replacement or credit within six months of your invoice date. A return authorization number must be requested from a Minigrip customer service representative for all returns or credits. We will pay the freight for all defective products or products shipped by our error; however we may ask you to ship back to us via a carrier of our choice. You will be responsible for all freight should the order be incorrect due to a mistake of yours and your credit will reflect a 10% restocking fee.
  • Sales Tools Provided:
    1. Up to $5,000 rebate for special promotions, including direct mailers, catalog "blow-ins," broadcast faxes, postcards, trade publication ads, "special buy" sale items, etc. These must be approved by a Minigrip Representative.
    2. Camera-ready artwork, photos, product listings and HTML text (available on our website, by email or mail)

  • Support Staff: Inside sales/customer service support personnel will assist you on weekdays between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. central time with your inventory questions, placing/checking orders, quotes, etc.
