Sharon D'Alessandro: Business Unit Manager

Sharon began working at Minigrip in 1993 and has worked in all areas of the industrial packaging business, including accounting, human resources, production, sales and marketing before being promoted to business unit manager in December 2004.

James Bohanan: Key Account Manager for Distributor Sales

James has been in distributor sales with Minigrip for over 15 years. Prior to Minigrip, he spent 13 years as a Field Service Supervisor for a large, independent service company in the oil and gas industry.

Howard Meade: Medical Cell Manager

Howard has been with Minigrip since 2005 and many successful years in medical sales. He owned his own company for 12 years, a manufacturer of medical kits. In 1993 it was the 16th fastest growing privately held company in 1993. He sold it in 1999 to health care giant, Cardinal Health.

Jenna Villarreal: Sales/Marketing Manager

Jenna has been with Minigrip for a little over year and brings over 14 years of marketing, program management and sales experience.

Frank Frederick: R&D/Engineering Manager

Frank has been with Minigrip since 2002. He was hired as maintenance manager and was promoted to production manager in 2003 until he moved into his current position in 2006.

William "Bill" Harborth: Warehouse Distribution Supervisor

Bill has been with Minigrip since 1998 and has over 19 years experience as a shipping supervisor.

Hector Cabrera: Production Manager

Hector recently joined Minigrip as the Production Manager and brings over 10 years of production manufacturing experience.

Kaye Rhodabeck: Human Resources Manager

Kaye began with Minigrip in 2003 as a staff accountant and was promoted to her current position as Human Resources manager in 2005.

Cheryl has been with Minigrip since 2000 and has over 12 years of sales support and customer service experience.
